Natural product: Updates and application

Natural products are chemical compound or substance produced by living organism. They include any substance produced by life. The term natural product has also been extended for commercial purposes to refer to cosmetics, dietary supplements, and foods produced from natural sources without added artificial ingredients. It can be produced by naturally, total synthesis or semi-synthesis process which plays a vital role in the medicinal chemistry which deliver tricky targets throughout drug discovery process. It has been prolonged for commercial purposes for cosmetics, dietary supplements and foods created from natural resources. Natural products are the origin of the most complex and absorbing chemical structures and it represents natural biological activity, whether as individual compounds or as complex mixtures. Natural Products covers the fields of Herbal Medicine, Organic Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Science. Natural products are not just coincidences or products of suitability of nature. Beyond probably they are a natural expression of the growth in complexity of organisms.
