Nebulized means it's administered as a fine mist that you breathe in. Occasionally, a nebulized form of ribavirin (Virazole), an antiviral agent, may be used.
A 28-year-old gravida 4 mother has labour induced at 34 weeks’ gestation on November 20, 2010, because of intrauterine growth restriction. A caesarean section is performed for a nonreassuring fetal heart rate pattern, and a male infant with a birth weight of 1.6 kg (lower than 5th percentile) is delivered with Apgar Scores of 2 (1 min) and 7 (5 min). The infant is hospitalized for three weeks.
