Yatapoxviruses include tanapox virus and yabapoxviruses, which are found primarily in Africa. Molluscipoxviruses include the human poxvirus, molluscum contagiosum virus.Smallpox and molluscum contagiosum are specific to humans. The other viruses cause rare zoonotic infections in humans.
