The Andalusian School of Accessible Bloom (EASP) is a public institution that develops training, analysis and consultancy activities for the advancement of health and wellbeing and the administration of social and health services. It is present in Granada and is attached to the Ministry of Equality, Health and Social Policies of the Government of Andalusia. Its geographical boundaries includes Andalusia, countries of Europe and Latin America.
The Institution is a collaborating centre of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Integrated Health Systems with emphasis on Primary Care. It participates in the main international associations of public health and health management: EHMA (European Health Management Association), ASPHER (Association of Schools of Public Health in the European Region), EUPHA / European Union Public Health Association, among others.
Since 1988 there has been an agreement with the University of Granada, which recognizes its own Master and Expert courses given by the EASP. A large number of national and international institutions and universities also have collaboration agreements with the EASP. The EASP develops its action for the activity of public health and social system of Andalusia, added councils and free casework of health, adequation and welfare, the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.
The EASP also develops projects at European and international level with funding from the various organizations like European Union, WHO / PAHO and from multilateral / mutual organizations or national institutions.
This Institute offers knowledge areas like Public health, Management of Health Services & Professionals, Citizenship & Social Welfare, International Health. The purpose of this line of work of the EASP is to review, reflect, share and promote pedagogical didactic knowledge and experiences of a curricular nature.
