The International University of Andalucía (UNIA) is a public institution in Andalusia focusing on graduate studies, committed to the development of its surroundings, with a will to cooperate at international level and in solidarity terms, especially with Latin America and the Maghreb, which meets with quality, quickness, flexibility and innovative guidance the emerging challenges of modern society in the different fields of science, technology, culture and arts. It was started in 1994. The Rectorate of the UNIA is located in Seville, in the Monastery of Santa María de las Cuevas.
The University has three other campuses: Antonio Machado, in Baeza (Jaén), Santa María de la Rábida, in Palos de la Frontera (Huelva) and Technological of Malaga, in the Building of the Congregation of Mena. UNIA offers 17 official university masters related to the areas of Experimental Sciences and Technology, Health Sciences and Social and Legal Sciences.
