Results from 2 experiments in duplicate. PBMCs were infected with 1000 TCID50/ml per 106 cells. p24 antigen was measured by ELISA in PBMCs supernatant after 7 days of culture. CRF02_AGwt_10L is wild type. CRF02_ AGL10I and CRF02_AGL10V are mutants. HXB2 is the subtype B reference.% values represent the difference in p24 between HXB2 and CRF02_AGwt_10L on the one hand, and CRF02_AGwt_10L and the 2 mutants CRF02_AGL10I and CRF02_AGL10V on the other hand. *The student t-test (bilateral) was used to compare the average of p24 concentration. p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.
