Peripheral T/B- and monocytic cells from one ASC-B individual were cultured with 0.1- 100 ng/ml HBcAg at a ratio of T/B of 8:1 (Figure 3a) or 0:1 (Figure 3b) for 5 days. Culture supernatants were analysed for IL-8 content by ELISA.
