| Figure 3: Detection of the pSurvivin95-104-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes using ELISPOT assay. The CTLs expanded by the W6/32 antibody-mediated pSurvivin95-104-specific aAPCs were tested for ELISPOT assay. The effector cells were co-cultured with K562, A172, U251, T2pHIV, T2/pSurvivin95-104, T2, uncoated aAPCs, pHIV-specific aAPCs or pSurvivin95-104-specific aAPCs. After 24 h of incubation, the frequencies of individual antigen-specific IFN-γ- producing T-cells were measured by an enzyme-linked immuno-spot assay (ELISPOT) kit.
