| Figure 5: Insulin(A) and C-peptide(B) release in response to low (5 mM) and high (27.5 mM) glucose concentrations of clusters in both with and without co-culture groups was measured after 1 h incubation. C-peptide secretion in supernatant was also detected. The difference between insulin and C-peptide secretion in response to low and high glucose concentrations in both groups was not statistically significant. All data are presented as means ± SE from three independent experiments. |
