Human monocyte derived DCs were pulsed for three days with indicated concentrations of S100A4 and co-cultured afterwards with autologous lymphocytes for 5 (±1) days. Multiplex analysis of co-culture supernatant shows dose-dependent increase of IL-10 production due to S100A4 stimulation of DCs. S100A4 effect could be inhibited using specific antibodies.
