| Figure 4: Induction of CXCL1 by CXCL9 is CXCR3 dependent. Primary hepatic stellate cells from CXCR3 deficient mice were treated with 100 or 1000 ng CXCL9. CXCL1 induction in response to CXCL9 treatment was completely blocked by CXCR3 deficiency, demonstrating that this effect is specifically mediated by the CXCR3 receptor. Values represent three independent cell preparations, measurements were taken in duplicates, error bars represent SEM values. |
