Table 1: Of the 54 rats in this study, 9 (16.7%) developed at lease one type of tumour. While approximately equal numbers of tumours developed in the three treatment groups, the type of tumours in each group varied. Adenomas and sarcomas occurred only in the placebo and control group, while lymphomas were only present in the naltrexone group.
