| Figure 2: Comparison of the luciferase activity for the core promoter within the three Moroccan ovine breeds. The promoter region including the published and unpublished regions from D’man, Sardi and Timahdite breeds was analyzed for promoter activity. The luciferase gene alone was used as a negative control. Luciferase activity analysis revealed higher promoter activity of D´man compared to Timahdite and Sardi breeds. |
