Figure 4: Inhibitory effect of emetine on different DENV serotypes. Dosage-dependent inhibition of DENV serotype 1, 3 and 4 was observed when Huh-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of emetine. Thus, antiviral activity of emetine is highly active against all four serotypes of DENV.
