qHBsAg •   qHBsAg level of <1500 IU/ml at week 12
•   qHBsAg decrease of >1 log10 and qHBsAg<300 IU/ml at week 24 of treatment
•   HBsAg decline of >1 log10 IU/ml and HBsAg<10 IU/ml at week 48 (53% HBsAg loss at 3 years post tx).
•   0.5 log10 decrease in qHBsAg at week 12 (89% PPV of sustained response).
•   1 log10 decrease in qHBsAg at week 24 (92 % PPV of sustained response)
qHBeAg •   qHBeAg level of <10 PEIU/ml at week 24 (associated with HBeAgseroconversion in over 50%)
