IL-8 (pg/ml; filled circles), HBV-DNA (pg/ml; open circles) and ALT (ukat/l; open triangles) were measured in sera from two patients with chronic HB infection. The X-axis gives weeks (2-20w) after start of treatment and months of follow-up (Fu1-Fu18) after end of treatment. HB serology is given at the top of the figures.
