| Figure 3: Incorporation efficiency of peptidomimetics in mixtures. Peptidoliposomes were formed in the presence of 1% ECL2-CCR5-2PAL and the indicated concentrations of NT-2Y-CCR5-PAL in the lipid mixture. Peptidoliposomes were reacted first with an anti-ECL2 CCR5 polyclonal antibody (ab 36818, Abcam) and then with a secondary HRP-conjugated antibody and analyzed as described in the Experimental Procedures. Control – magnetic liposomes that did not display peptides. The data are mean ± S.E.M calculated from three independent experiments performed in triplicate. |
