The silver stain revealed a band of approximately 60 kDa, which did not stain with Coomassie Brilliant Blue (CCblue), indicating a large polysaccharide. Both stains revealed a series of smaller bands below 8 kDa, indicating small peptides in AFAe. The data are representative of three separate experiments. |
