On day 12 after the last NSC transplantation or injection of FNSCL, the test of Y-maze discrimination learning was performed to analyze the glutamate-induced functional changes and the effects of intracerebroventricular transplantation of NSCs and injection of FNSCL on the recovery of glutamate-induced excitotoxic lesion of brain function.
