| Figure 5: Inhibition of the cytotoxic activity of expanded CTLs against specific target cellsT2pSurvivin+95-104 and U251. Anti-HLA class I or a control Ab (mouse IgG2) were added, respectively, to the T2pSurvivin+95-104 and U251 targets and incubated for 40 min at 4ºC. After the incubation, the target cells were mixed with effector cells for 51Cr release assay. The CTL assays were performed at various effector : target (E:T) ratios. The data are shown as the mean from triplicate wells. T2pSurvivin+95-104 (A) and U251 (HLA-A2+, Survivin+) (B) were used as target cells. The bars in the graph represent standard error. |
