Human monocyte derived DCs were pulsed for three days with indicated concentrations of S100A4 and co-cultured afterwards with autologous lymphocytes for 5 (±1) days. Shown is increased percentage of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ lymphocytes (Tregs) compared to the condition with lymphocytes co-cultured with mock-treated autologous DCs.
