Tumormarkers usually rise exponentially in untreated tumor patients, due to exponential growth of cells. Stabilization of tumormarkers is a success of tumor therapy. In the beginning TG and CA19.9 dropped slightly, showing that the therapy was successful. In the resulting two years the dosing was optimized with these markers. LDH remained higher throughout the therapy. TG and CA19.9 respond differently. This indicates that the two tumor lines have different reaction times to the therapy, but both can be stabilized by the Amanita therapy. |
