| Figure 3: LOEC (above) and LOSMC (below) were isolated from peripheral blood by means of gradient density centrifugation. LOEC showed characteristics of endothelial cells and were positive for CD31, whereas LOSMC showed characteristic morphology of smooth muscle cells and expressed typical antigen sm-a-actin. |
