| Figure 2: Degradation test of the membrane of Gt, KGt12, KGt11 and KGt21 soaked in phosphate buffer solution for 7 days and 28 days. The degradation of the group Gt in PBS at day 7 and day 28 was about 3.37 ± 0.15% and 19.68 ± 0.22%, respectively. The group KGt12, KGt11 and KGt21 showed no significant difference for day 7 and showed very low degradation for day 28 (less than 3%). |
