3GE (Gross energy) was calculated according to NRC [19] by using factors of 5.65, 9.45 and 4.22 K cal per gram of protein, lipid and carbohydrate, respectively.
4DE (Digestible energy) was calculated by applying the coefficient of 0.75 to convert gross energy to digestible energy according to Hepher et al. [20].
5P/E (protein energy ratio)=crude protein×1000/digestible energy/100 g, according to Hepher et al. [20].
