The samples were analyzed by using Hypercarb (2.0 mm×50 mm, 5 μm; Thermo Electron Corp.) with an acetonitrile gradient of 0% to 100% in 5 mM ammonium acetate. The range of pH tested was between pH 9.5 and pH 11.0. The chromatograms indicate that pH 11.0 provides the highest peaks for ΔDiHS-NS, ΔDiHS-6S, and ΔDi-4S (DS). |
