(A) Panc 1 cells were pretreated with chlorpromazine (100 μM), excess HSA (225 μg), filipin complexes (5 μg/ml), or cytochalasin B (125 μM) for 30 min prior to transfection with the standard formulation. The transfection efficiency of the cells transfected with the standard formulation was set as 100%. Mean ± S.E. were obtained from three separate experiments carried out in triplicate.
