| Figure 2: Modulation of activating and inhibitory ligands expression after IFN-γ treatment. MSC were incubated for 48 hr in the absence or presence of IFN-γ (20ng/ml). Surface expression of class I, class II, HLA-E, MICA, CD54 (ICAM1) and B7-H1 molecules was determined by flow cytometry.
