| Figure 5: ΙFΝ−γ priming enhances immunosuppressive functions of MSC. MSC cultured in the presence of IFN-γ (20 ng/ml) for 48h were used as effectors in co-culture with NK cells (in presence of IL-2) for 5 days. To evaluate the role of IDO and PGE-2, 1- Methyltryptofan and Indomethacin were supplemented in the culture medium. Then NK cells were used as effectors against K562 cells. One representative out of 5 independent experiments is presented. |
