| Figure 5: Chondrogenic differentiation after stimulation with 1% GNS and 0.1 mg/ml NT revealed by fluorescent and histochemical staining (respectively DAPI, Safranin O, Alcian Blue) and scanning microscope observations. Chondrogenic differentiation evidenced by the positive Safranin O and Alcian Blue staining confirming the presence of sulfated proteoglycans.
