| Figure 5: Human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMEC) and human hepatocellualar carcinoma cells (Huh7) were exposed to the conditioned media of clinical and non-clinical isolates of Aspergillus flavus and LDH assays were performed to assess cytotoxicity. Equal volume of Sabouraud’s broth was used as a control. The results are presented as the mean ± standard error of three independent experiments performed in duplicate. |
