Biography
Dr. Jose Antonio Heredia Rojas is Head of the Department of Exact Sciences and Human Development from 1999 to date and he is Founding Member of the Mexican Association of Biochemistry, 1993. He obtained his doctorate in Science (Cell Biology and Genetics) Faculty Biological Sciences, UANL, 2001. He won First Place Award for Research in Science Biology 1997 and Director Award for the best thesis in Natural Sciences, UANL 1998. He is the member of the State Council for the study of electromagnetic fields and their effect on the human population, Secretary of Health of the State Government of Nuevo Leon. In 2001 he took third Place Award for Research in Basic Sciences of the National Congress of Biomedical Research (2000) (2003).He is author of 10 articles published in international journals, 5 items of disclosure, one book chapter, and has 45 citations to their research.
