Biography
Renier Steyn (DLitt et Phil, University of South Africa) is a Professor in the Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL) at Unisa. He lectures in Human Resources Management and Leadership and is a member of the Unisa International Fellowship Programme. Prof Steyn is a registered research psychologist with 18 years’ experience as a psychologist in the public sector. His research interest in Human Resources and Organisation Performance is broad and includes areas that range from substance abuse to post-traumatic stress disorder and the validity of astrology and he is well-published on these topics. His most recent publications focus on gender issues and particularly gender differences. He has supervised more than 60 students in completing their dissertations.
