Ryan Criste

Biography

 PK/PD analysis experience to the team performing pharmcokinetic/pharmacodynamic analyses as well as provide the input into the PK portion of statistical analysis plans and study reports. Prior to joining PPD, he completed his fellowship at UNC/Quintiles in PKPD, as well as obtained experience on the industry side, performing many PK/PD analyses of biologic treatments for a wide variety of indications as a part of Medimmune’s Clinical Pharmacology team. Dr. Criste has experience with BE/BA studies, single and multiple ascending-dose studies and double-blind study designs. Additionally, Dr. Criste has performed study coordination for standalone TK/PK studies to provide support for internal and external clients.
