Biography

Dr. Sandesh Nagarajappa has received his masters in Dental Public Health from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India during the period of 2003-06. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor in Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) University, India. His thrust areas of research include dental public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, tobacco, oral microflora and dental education. He is serving as an expert reviewer for journals like Journal of Public Health Dentistry, Journal of Dental Education, International Journal of Pediatric Dentistry, Asia-pacific Journal of Public Health, Journal of Indian Society of Pedodontic and Preventive Dentistry, Indian Journal of Dental Research. He has authored 18 research articles. He is a member of Indian Association of Public Health Dentistry, International Epidemiological Association and Indian Dental Association
