Biography

Dr. Victoria Mutiso is a Clinical Psychologist and a Research Fellow at the Africa Mental Health Foundation (AMHF). She holds a PhD and Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nairobi. She is in charge of research and also an administrative position at the Foundation. She is the country Co-PI in a Grand Challenges Canada-funded project on innovative approaches to improving mental health diagnosis and care in developing countries. She has a strong interest in mental health-related research and emerging trends. She is a co-author in a manual on psycho-trauma, has contributed book chapters and also published several articles in peer-reviewed journals. She has been in charge of various projects that AMHF has undertaken
