Rush immunotherapy: The optimal way for the busy patient
R
ush immunotherapy is becoming more popular in the allergy community gradually because of its exibility and e cacy.
We have 2 groups of patients prepared for immunotherapy as we are comparing the compliance of the patient a er giving
the patient the option of the immunotherapy (the rush versus the standard one). If we removed the insurance issues, the
basic compliance of the patient; the basic kit of immunotherapy for the rst 3-6 months reaches 90% but the compliance of
the standard immunotherapy did not reach 40%. Rush immunotherapy might be very practical way to treat the source of the
problem directly even with starting the anti-allergy medication because the compliance rate is high compared to the standard
one.
