Dr. Donald Branch is currently affiliated to Associate Professor in Department of Medicine & Associate Professor in Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology & Affiliate Scientist, Toronto General Research Institute (TGRI), continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Signaling involving c-Src, Signaling in HIV/AIDS pathogenesis and disease resistance, Studies of SHP-1 tyrosine phosphatase in malignancies, &Mechanism of IVIG effect in autoimmune inflammatory diseases. Dr. Donald Branch is serving as an honorary reviewer for journal of blood disorders and transfusion & other reputed journals and has authored several articles along with chapters in different books related to Drug discovery for alternatives to IVIG, The function of pp60c-src and Pyk2 in HIV infection, Drug discovery for small molecular weight molecules that block HIV fusion, Identification of novel treatment modalities for HIV/AIDS.
