Biograpy
Manabu Tamura got his Physician’s License in 1995 and completed his PhD in 2009 fromWakayama Medical University and moved to Tokyo Women’s Medical University
(Advanced Techno-Surgery and Neurosurgery) in 2017. He is the Deputy Director of Bio-Industry Division, Commerce and Service Industry Policy Group, Ministry of
Economy, Trade and Industry. He has published more than 55 papers in reputed journals and has been serving at the Japanese Board of Neurological Surgery.
