Marfan syndrome is a connective tissue disorder which causes defects of aorta and heart values. This syndrome might affect eyes, lungs, skeleton, etc. This syndrome is a result of miss folding in glycol protein named fibrillin which is responsible for formation of elastic fibers in connective tissues helps in transforming growth factors. There are many symptoms in people with Marfan syndrome, out of which eyes, aorta, and heart are the most affected.
