SIGMICRO, Microarchitecture, the ACM Special Interest Group, which specializes in computer microarchitecture, and in particular features allow Instructions level parallelism and compiler design in their respective implications.
SIGMICRO aims to stimulate the advancement of the state-of-the-art in microarchitecture research. For about 35 years, annual MICRO conference which is sponsored by SIGMICRO has been a key forum for presenting major breakthroughs in computing design, and has well-known itself as the premier conference on instruction level parallelism. SIGMICRO’s newsletter prints once in a year as the conference proceedings and is included as a benefit of membership in the SIG. Also, members have access privileges to the proceedings of any SIGMICRO-sponsored conference at the ACM Digital Library.
