American Association of Dental Schools

The American Association of Dental Schools is a centralized application service for individuals applying to dental schools and it is sponsored by the American Dental Education Association (ADEA).  It is a simplified application process for the applicants and schools which allow applicants to complete the process in one application form. American Association of Dental Schools and American Dental Education Association serves as an information clearinghouse which does not influence any school’s evaluation or selection of applicants nor does ADEA recommend applicants to dental schools. All applications for dental post-baccalaureate study include the same basic components such as standardized tests and admissions essays or personal statements which are usually submitted separately by professors, testing agencies, and university registrar offices. The American Association of Dental Schools application service (AADSAS) is a centralized application processing service by the American Dental Education Association. AADSAS compiles dental school application and transmit it to the respective dental school to which the application has been made.
