Field crops Employees Association is a voluntary professional organization that operates as a cooperative society and incorporates all farmers from all sectors, dealing in crops. The organization represents the towers with government offices, the Fund for Natural Disasters, seed companies, the Standards Institute, the Cotton Board and others, and also serves as an arbitrator on various topics, among farmers and other entities or among themselves. In close cooperation with the Agricultural Extension Service is held on the subject of training, organizing tours, conferences and training growers in crops. The organization is a management activities sectors with respect to setting research programs, funded mostly by farmers, directing research across the industry for the future advancement and implementation on the ground.
