The Australian Health Promotion Association is the only professional association particularly for individuals intrigued or included in the practice, strategy, research and investigation of health promotion.
AHPA plans to support the expert advancement of individuals, encouraging information trade through the arrangement of high quality publications and opportunities to network and build knowledge. To add to dialog, level headed discussion and basic leadership on health promotion policy, practice and research and supporter evidence-informed approaches. To make recommendations with respect to the standards and practice of health promotion as well as the training of health promotion practitioners.
