The association is established in 1981 at the initiative of pilots and engineers of the Center Flight Test (Amerger, Chable, Bar, Escaffre, Grodard, Bourgeron Colin), it now includes many volunteer members from all backgrounds. The general MUNNICH engineer, former director of the Testing Center in Flight and Bureau Veritas, is the Honorary President.
