The Society was founded by Professor Yehia M El-Gamal. It has its own journal which includes different articles related to the topic. It is the first Egyptian Society specialized related to allergy and immunology in the pediatric group aged people. It is a stage for the presentation and promotion of new researches in the area of allergy and immunology, for managing contact between basic and clinical allergists and immunologists, and because of the exchange of knowledge. Its mission is to deliver education through supplying competent reviews of subjects and recent information on researches and developments in the field.
