European Federation Of National Engineering Associations

The European Federation of National Engineering Associations (FEANI) established is 1951 is a federation of professional engineers that unites national engineering associations from 35 different European Higher Education Area (EHEA) countries which mainly includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark France, Germany, Hungary, Finland, Greece, Norway, Poland Sweden etc. FEANI organize database of over 3.5 million professional engineers in Europe.

FAENI main emphasis is to develop the professional identity of engineers and to enhance their career in European countries and also globally. Under the EUR ING professional title FEANI performs various activities and services to facilitate the recognition of engineering education and to strengthen the roles and responsibilities of engineers in society. Organizing various national and international conferences and workshops for various fields of engineering so as to promote the importance of engineering and also to make a global identity FAENI is working towards the growth of the engineer society. Located in Brussels from late 1997, the General Secretariat is managing the various activities of the federation for its growth in various aspects.

The association’s mission is to represent and to strengthen European Engineers by enhancing their career development; striving for a single voice of European engineers and affirming professional identity of European engineers.
