The European society for clinical neuropharmacology is a learned society in the field of clinical pharmacology. It is the leading company in Europe in the service of the European community and global Clinical Pharmacology. It includes all the national organizations for clinical pharmacology in Europe and provides an educational and scientific support for more many individual professionals interested in clinical and therapeutic pharmacology throughout the European region, with its congress. A number of publications followed such as those on primary care issues, education and a brochure describing clinical pharmacology in different European countries was produced in 1991. The objectives of the Association are to develop pharmacology by promoting the use of clinical pharmacology services in the delivery of health care, improving and harmonizing the teaching of rational drug use, both at undergraduate and postgraduate, contributing to clinical pharmacology expertise to indicate political decisions concerning the regulation of medicines in Europe, organizing scientific meetings, workshops and clinical and therapeutic pharmacology course in Europe, using the clinical and therapeutic pharmacology expertise in the fight against the misuse of prescription drugs and other chemicals, promote problem and drug information for patients referred on drugs to doctors and other health professionals, increasing the intake of clinical pharmacology expertise in drug evaluation.
