Healthcare Distribution Management Association

The Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) is the national exchange affiliation speaking to essential merchants of physician recommended solutions and human services items. It was established on March 15, 1876 under the name Western Wholesale Druggists' Association (WWDA). The name was changed to the National Wholesale Druggists' Association in 1882, and again to HDMA in 2000.

The affiliation means to advance the sheltered and proficient appropriation of social insurance items and administrations, to make and trade industry learning and best practices to enhance the human services production network, and to advocate for more secure and more effective principles, open approaches and business rehearses.

The Center for Healthcare Supply Chain Research (the Center) is the non-benefit magnanimous exploration establishment of HDMA.
