The ISDG was established on August 9, 1990 in Helsinki, Finland, at the site of the fourth International Symposium on Dynamic diversions and Applications in the Helsinki University of Technology. ISDG is represented by an official board led by a president. The principal president of the general public was teacher Tamer BaÅar. The targets of ISDG are to scatter logical data through all helpfully received bolster administrations.
